Case study: Raddison Hotel, Birmingham
The Raddison Hotel on Holloway Circus in Birmingham occupies the tallest building in the city. FabriTrak provided over 1000m² of silk wall linings to all the bedroom corridor walls on 14 floors together with silk linings in the ground floor bar area. A Cochin silk was selected by the architects and FabriTrak arranged to have this knit backed to provide stability. The silk was then fire treated to Class "0". The silk was installed using 25mm FabriTrak square section profiles over a Basotect acoustic infill. |
